Each group follows a standing agenda:
- Progress and Success Stories - learning from one another; learning from what works
- Requests for resources, opportunities to shift stuckness, and / or to raise practice-related questions
- News of events or resources that may be of interest.
Use of technology:
All sessions are online via zoom.
Participants will receive calendar invites on registration.
Participants are connected into a whatsapp group - for additional resources or alerts.
This is voluntary and participants are free to exit the group.
It is recommended that participants mute the message announcements for this group as it is unlikely that any alerts will be urgent.
Supervision sessions are conducted via zoom. Sessions are not automatically recorded. If there is a request to record this will be subject to those members present agreeing to do so. Any recordings made during these groups will be private and confidential to the group participants, and will be used solely for the purposes of their learning and development.
AI assistants that harvest data to be used by large language models (LLMs) will not usually be used . If there is a request to use any of these, this will be done explicitly and transparently and must be agreed to by the participants and the supervisor.
About the ethos - how we are with one another:
- Each participant is responsible for engaging with the group in ways that support their own and others' learning.
- Honouring privacy, diversity, and dignity are important, as are displaying compassion and discernment rather than judgement.
- Participants are accountable for obtaining permission from clients in accordance with the Code of Ethics that you each align with.
- Usually discussions in the group focus on the practitioner and not on client content, but nevertheless some content in which the client is mentioned may arise.
